2. About Our Services

Falcon Realtors is a property advisory and brokerage firm operating in Bangalore, Karnataka. We provide property search and shortlisting, sale and resale advisory, rental and leasing services, home loan facilitation, legal documentation support, property management and NRI advisory services.

We act as an intermediary between buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants. We are not the owner, developer or seller of the properties listed on this website unless expressly stated.

3. Property Information & Listings

We take reasonable care to verify every listing published on this website, including a physical site visit and a review of title documents. However:

• Prices, availability, carpet area, amenities and possession dates are provided by owners or developers and are subject to change without notice.
• Images and floor plans are indicative and may not reflect the exact current condition of a property.
• A listing on this website is an invitation to enquire, not an offer capable of acceptance.

You are advised to independently satisfy yourself on all material facts, including title, approvals and physical condition, before entering into any transaction.

4. Brokerage & Fees

Our brokerage and service fees are agreed in writing before an engagement begins. Fees are payable on the terms recorded in that written agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, brokerage becomes payable on execution of the agreement to sell, sale deed or rental agreement, as applicable.

Statutory charges such as stamp duty, registration fees, GST, khata transfer fees and legal charges are payable by you in addition to our fees.

5. Enquiries & Communication

By submitting an enquiry through this website, you consent to being contacted by Falcon Realtors by telephone, email, SMS or WhatsApp regarding your enquiry and related property opportunities. You may withdraw this consent at any time by writing to us.

6. Home Loan & Legal Facilitation

Where we assist with home loans, we act as a facilitator only. Loan sanction, interest rate and terms are determined solely by the lending institution. Where we coordinate legal review, the opinion is issued by an independent advocate and Falcon Realtors is not liable for that opinion.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, photographs, listing descriptions, graphics and the Falcon Realtors name and logo — is our property or licensed to us, and may not be reproduced, distributed or used commercially without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Falcon Realtors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or reliance on information published on it. Our aggregate liability in connection with any engagement shall not exceed the fees actually received by us for that engagement.

9. Third-Party Links

This website may link to third-party sites, including developer websites, RERA portals and lending institutions. We do not control and are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bangalore, Karnataka.
